    I was going through the webtech and saw on some charts (see page ##-##).
    how do you access that page number directly?

    Unfortunately, you can't jump to a specified page. What's on webtech is in
    most cases a reprint of the manual without the page numbers, so these
    references are pretty much meaningless and you have to figure out where to
    go on your own.
