Unknown wire from fuse box

    I have a wire coming from the ABS fuse assy in the engine fuse box. Single wire about 18 in long with a 1/4 in spade lug on end. Has 12v in it when engine running. Bought the car used about a year ago and just discovered this. Dash has a C2112 code for ABS issue
