Loud squealing noise: 2018 Hyundai uscon

    Hi everyone. I was hoping anyone recognizes this sound and what the issue may be.

    I have a 52,000 mile 2018 Tuscon limited (1.6 turbo). Noise happens after the car has been off for a while like 6-8 hours. It usually starts when i put the car into gear: Reverse and/or Drive. Sometimes the noise is short and sometimes it's long. Visually the belt is in good condition and tight. Any help would be awesome! Thanks.
