Its in Gear (yeah the break is off) it won't move

    does the 2001 have a hyd clutch,

    Yes, the 2001 Accent 5-spd has a hydraulically-actuated
    clutch. But....even if that is bad, you should be
    able to move the gearshift lever to neutral and roll
    the car.
