i have a 97 elantra, and i just put in a new radio. while putting it in i
blew a fuse, for the burglar alarm, so i replaced it. radio works fine but
the headlights don't turn on, neither will any of the dash lights. i
checked all the other fuses and none of them are blown. anyone have any
    other suggestions?

There are two fuses for the headlamps. One is a 10A fuse in the dash fuse
box, the other is a 30A slow blow fuse (one of those pink box type fuses)
in the underhood fuse box. Be sure you've checked them both.

You would have unplugged the blower switch when removing the facia. Are
you sure it's plugged in correctly?

According to my schematic, the blower and headlamps operate off fuse #16
in the inside fuse box. It should be labeled sunroof, headlamp, auto
cruise. You can access these schematics by going to www.hmaservice.com,
selecting "service information," "web tech," and "ETM" and entering your
    vehicle information.

Are all the connectors for the dash switches plugged into the correct
switches? I know some of them can be plugged into the incorrect switches.
