I'm often getting other drivers flashing their headlamps at me while driving at night when I level my headlight according to the table in section 3-91 e.g. level 0 for diving alone. This completely contradicts the guidance given in the preceding paragraph i.e. the higher the switch level, the lower the beam. Am I right in concluding the table is wrong? If so, how many i30 drivers are dazzling oncoming motorists?
