Its NOT the tires. New. Rotating makes no difference. Noise comes from front. NEW HALF AXLES, both sides. No difference.
New rotors/pads. No difference. Clicking sounds like a playing card on bike spokes. Does this REGARDLESS of gear, and even does it in NEUTRAL! NO PLAY in front wheel bearings. NO CODES show on computer reader.Has been getting louder and louder over the last 10,000 miles. Nothing touching the half axles physically. Mileage not affected. Does NOT get louder/quieter when turning the wheel while driving. Noise continues while braking as well. Seems to get a little louder with some LOAD (slight hill)on the motor. Most interesting thing - it does NOT do it in REVERSE!! C'mon guys, this one has to be something easy!! Can't be the timing belt or tensioner pulley bearing, since it still does it when engine is in neutral and idling while rolling down the road! IT IS PROPORTIONAL to WHEEL ROTATION SPEED, maybe X4 as my best guess. HELP!!!
