do they make a cargo net for an elantra gls?
Yes, my 2003 Elantra came with one. I also saw one hanging up on a display at the dealer, so I'm shure you can pick it up at your local dealership. I bet if you do a google search you could find one for alot cheaper, tho.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where someone could find a cargo net cheaper than at the dealer? I've done a lot of searching around online, but mostly only find links to other dealers...
Check out Ebay. I got one for my accent there for about 1/3rd the price of the dealer. It was actually the same OEM part still in the Hyundai packaging.
I have checked out JC Whitney, but no luck - they have sort of generic cargo nets, but none for the Hyundai. I've also checked out ebay, but I guess they probably just don't turn up all the time - I'll keep an eye out....
**I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but: http://www.foreignmotors.com/Store/Hyundai/00242-19100.html It's $29. Surf around that site a bit if I picked out the wrong item. kaboomie
Try this site http://pub108.ezboard.com/fhyundaisantafemessageboardfrm63 or search for the link to Team Falcon Racing, they carry various Hyndai accessories, ususally at far better prices than the dealers. tho.
I just purchased a Hyundai Elantra GT which came with a cargo net. However, I can't locate any instructions on how it attaches. Is it self-explanatory? I haven't taken a good look. Otherwise, anyone know where I can find info online? Thanks -- Eric -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is something about a Martini A tingle remarkably pleasant... Still no luck - the one at Foreign Motors is cheaper, but after the $10 shipping, it'd be about the same as going to the dealer and getting one. And most other places don't seem to have them. The net itself is almost identical to a lot of the generic aftermarket ones, but the Hyundai one comes with the hooks that you have to install to hold the net in place. None of the others seem to have anything similar - they suggest using some kind of adhesive, but I'm not terribly keen on that... Ah well - back to watching ebay.
