Accent steering ignition locked

    2011 Accent key won't turn. Steering wheel won't turn. Tried jiggling key and steering wheel. Please anyone with anything I can try?

    Same problem usually when it's damp outside. Usually bouncing the car a bit sorts it out but not always. Is this indemic of the 2011 accent.
