ABS Module Programming

    2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. I have a bad ABS module and am going to replace it with a used one.
    I need advise on the most affordable bi-directional scanner to buy that will do this ECU programming to read the old module and copy the programming to the new module.
    I will also be using it to bleed the brakes.
