Anyone know the procedure to remove it? I've got 3/4 of a snapped key in
mine and want to get the rest of the key out before I get a lock smith out
to cut me two new keys. Don't want to have to pay a lock smith $$$ to remove
    the piece of key.

Unless you can turn the cylinder to the "on" position, you'll be replacing
the whole kit and kaboodle. If you can turn the key to the on position,
there's a pin you depress on the side of the cylinder housing which allows
    the cylinder to slide out.

You can remove the whole assembly by removing the tamper-proof screws
either by cutting a slot in them and unscrewing or by using a hammer and
punch/awl/pick to gradually turn them out. I usually use a hammer and
    pick.
