2003 Hyundai Santa Fe - Lighting/Electrical Issues?

My wife drives tha above referanced vehicle. When she turns her
lights on all her dash instrumentation starts blinking and clicking.
This includes the radio light, which I thought was odd.

I would greatly appreciate any advise on solving this issue or ideas
to solve it before taking it to a dealer. I have been unable to
locate and ’known’ issues relating to this and no recalls have been
made regarding this issue.

Thank you all in advance for your help as this is a safety concern for
myself as my wife typically drives the children to school.
