I'm curious if anyone has had problems with their foglights? I'm having to
replace them about every 4 months.

Are the lenses cracked or is there any other problem that may be allowing
    water in?

I presume you are aware that you can't touch the bulbs. The oil from your
    skin will damage the bulb.

    I'm not sure if it's related,but some 2001 Elantras (mine included)had
problems with the headlight bulbs burning out.I've had to replace mine 3
times already although the dealer covered the bulb and labor. There are
certain bulbs that are covered under your warranty. You could check with
your dealer and see if the foglights are one of them.Hopefully they are
upfront with their answer. My dealer was not and I paid for the first bulb
before I found out about this.
