1996 Hyundai Accent

    I just put in some used headlights for a 1996 Hyundai Accent. The brights
    work, but the regular headlights do not come on. I figure that it might be
    a problem with the bulbs. If you have any idea that it might be otherwise,
    then your advice is appreciated. Thank you!
